Texas authorities charge fake cosmetic surgeon with felony

Texas authorities charged a woman with practicing medicine without a license for allegedly injecting cosmetic surgery patients with silicone instead of Botox or saline to enhance breasts, buttocks and legs. One client may have died and another remains hospitalized after having the injected silicone removed from her legs.
