White House taps tech firms to fix ACA website glitches

The Obama administration is drawing on talent from technology firms in an effort to identify and fix the issues that continue to hamper the federal health insurance exchange established by the Affordable Care Act. A spokeswoman from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said engineers from Google, Oracle and Red Hat have joined the so-called "tech surge" announced by President Barack Obama on Oct. 20.
