U.K. Examines Teacher Churn Rate

The U.K. National Union of Teachers found that for every 100 teacher trainees, at least 40 never teach. The research also found that the typical U.K. school faces a 50% teacher turnover rate. The union recommends examining workloads, student behavior and salaries.
