NCLB lawsuits could be down the pike

Educators say there could soon be a flood of lawsuits about NCLB's difficult requirements as more schools begin to face sanctions. Provisions covering academic benchmarks have been particularly burdensome for schools in areas with high populations of low-income or ESL students.
