Sun Valley, with its famed ski resort in Idaho's Wood River Valley, has rich and interesting history, including Ernest Hemingway completing his novel, "For Whom the Bell Tolls," in the Sun Valley Lodge. Today, the area continues to attract celebrities, politicians and skiers from around the world.
