Editorial: Reforming schools could fill tax coffers

Had all Minnesota students who were due to graduate in 2007 actually done so, the state would have gained an additional $3.9 billion in tax revenue over the students' lifetimes, according to a Star Tribune editorial, which asserts that this should be reason enough to invest in effective high school reforms.
