More obesity-surgery patients asking for second procedure

The number of gastric bypass patients seeking a second weight-loss procedure is increasing as many people regain the weight they initially lost. Many patients opt for gastric banding the second time around because it allows for more flexibility and fine-tuning. But physicians say all obesity surgeries still require patients to follow a proper diet, exercise and follow-up to be successful.
