Factory towns devastated by recession see little stimulus help:

Seven hundred workers in Lamar, Mo., lost their jobs when O'Sullivan Industries closed its doors in 2007. Unemployment in the town shot up, and now is about 12%. Mayor Keith Divine said that if the Obama administration's economic-stimulus package saved or created any jobs in his town, he hasn't seen them.
