Sales at residential air parks slow down with economy

Sales of lots at residential air parks have slowed slightly, but not as much as the greater real estate market. Many air park buyers are retired and have not been affected by soaring unemployment. The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association has been working with the Federal Aviation Administration to resolve issues about through-the-fence projects on publicly owned airports.
