Virtual school allows student access to foreign languages, other courses

Students and school officials in Georgia are increasingly looking to the state's virtual school to provide foreign language instruction and other specialty courses not offered at brick-and-mortar schools. At one high school, a senior who wants to study international business in college is enrolled in an online Chinese language course, watching video of lectures and listening to audio of the language on a school computer.
