Manage millennials better with age-appropriate feedback

If you have millennials working at your company, you've probably noticed that they need constant feedback. But not just any feedback will do, Neil Howe writes. Give younger workers some praise to balance any criticism, and ask them for suggestions on how they might improve. Also, remember that millennials like lists of dos and don'ts, so be sure your job reviews are specific and structured, not vague and theoretical.
