New editor takes over at Bon Appetit

New Bon Appetit editor Adam Rapoport aims to be mindful of issues such as sustainable seafood and healthy eating, but the former GQ style editor who once was an assistant in the publications office of the James Beard Foundation doesn't see education as the magazine's main goal. In the increasingly competitive world of food media, the main goal will be to make readers hungry for more. "Everything you see, you should want to eat, or buy," he said. "That's the job."
