OPEC may allow oil prices to soar higher

The international oil market may see oil prices climb to $90 a barrel, according to Saudi Oil Minister Ali Naimi of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries. Naimi increased his estimate after oil hit a five-month high rally in oil price and demands from some OPEC member countries called for a price of $100 a barrel.
