NCA: Halloween candy sales hit $2.3 billion

Americans spent $2.3 billion on Halloween candy this year, according to the NCA, which notes there are 20,000 products on the market. After children return from a night of trick-or-treating, they dump out their candy, make piles and begin trading with friends and siblings.
