Land O Lakes moves to paper-wrapped butter

Land O Lakes' decision to switch from foil-backed wrapping to an all-wax paper wrap for its unsalted butter sticks was in response to customers who like to soften sticks in the microwave, the company said, but some bakers contend the wax paper doesn't preserve the butter's flavor.
