Indiana lawmakers may seek intelligent design requirement

Many Republican members of the Indiana House are polling constituents to assess their views on the teaching of intelligent design in public school science classes. One representative has vowed to introduce a bill in the next session to mandate such instruction, although another colleague feels the decision should be left up to districts.
