Darling to offer details on bank agency

Chancellor Alistair Darling is expected to offer details on the government agency that will be responsible for overseeing £37 billion in stakes that the government agreed to take in U.K. banks. The agency will monitor closely the lending activities of the banks as they relate to small businesses and mortgage borrowers.
