Deere fully acquires remanufacturing company

Deere & Co. acquired full ownership of ReGen Technologies, a remanufacturer based in Springfield, Mo. Deere had owned 50% of ReGen, founded in 1998. The company remanufactures John Deere engine components, air conditioning components and fuel injection systems, as well as starters and alternators.
