Pelvic floor training can help control UI in women

Pelvic floor strengthening exercises and weight management techniques can reduce urinary incontinence in women. A review found that pelvic floor muscle training has shown cure rates of 44% to 67% for women under age 60 who have stress UI. Training components include biofeedback, muscle training and neuromuscular re-education.
