The new Republican majority in the House of Representatives is going to have a new take on the Obama administration's policy agenda, from network neutrality to national broadband and more. This legislation is hammered out in the Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, and the Internet. But tech watchers will have to wait and see who lands the chair of the powerful parent panel -- the House Energy and Commerce Committee -- before it's known who will lead the Communications panel.
