California voters say yes to clean-tech sector

California voters on Tuesday defeated Prop 23, a ballot measure that would have effectively shut down the state's clean-energy program. However, the battle over the state's green economy is just beginning. Experts say that clean-energy innovators will need to get political if they're to win much-needed subsidies and fiscal aid for their projects.
