Google adds toll-free click-to-call feature for AdWords

Google has introduced a new AdWords tool that provides clients with a toll-free phone number with their ads and the ability to monitor the number of calls, their point of origination and length. Advertisers will still be charged for clicks, but the call service will be free for the foreseeable future, according to this article.
