Some small businesses are finding that tech-savvy kids can do an amazing job of creating websites or managing networks at bargain-basement prices. But if you're going to entrust your office technology to the Nickelodeon set, make sure you hire a responsible adult to supervise, says 26-year-old Steven Freidkin, who has been a small-business tech consultant for 13 years.
