Obama concedes mistakes on business policy

President Barack Obama said he could have done a better job balancing regulating businesses with helping them succeed and hire to get the economy moving. At a White House news conference the day after Democrats lost big in midterm elections, the president emphasized the importance of setting the right tone and helping businesses succeed and hire.
