Seahawk, facing tougher drilling rules, considers sale

Seahawk Drilling is considering strategic options, including a sale, because of a tighter permitting process since the Gulf spill. "Seahawk's liquidity and revenue generation have been adversely affected by the dramatic slowdown in the issuing of shallow-water-drilling permits in the U.S. Gulf," the company said.
