Wisconsin voters reject local tax for rail, infrastructure

Wisconsin voters have rejected a tax that would have supported investment in rail and transportation infrastructure. The local tax would have funded the expansion of a passenger-rail line connecting Kenosha, Racine and Milwaukee. About 70% of voters opposed the measure.
