C-stores target N.J. consumers in a rush

Convenience store chains such as Wawa, Quick Chek and 7-Eleven are opening locations in north New Jersey because it has a large number of target customers: time-starved consumers. The stores are moving away from the minimart format and focusing on ready-to-eat meals to be consumed on the go.
