Seven sites chosen for expedited environmental review

The U.S. Department of Transportation will try and help projects in several states move "more quickly and at less cost" without sacrificing environmental standards. The projects include the Philadelphia International Airport's new runway, Ohio River bridges in the Louisville, Ky.-southern Indiana area and improvements to a section of I-93 in New Hampshire.
