CBS to buy CSTV

Viacom said its new division CBS Corp. would purchase CSTV Networks, which owns a cable channel and a series of Web sites dedicated to college sports. Under the deal, Viacom will pay for the properties with $325 million in shares in the new CBS Corp., which will include CBS TV, Infinity Broadcasting and the Viacom TV stations group.
