Analyst: CPG companies target markets outside of U.S.

Consumer packaged goods marketers, including Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Colgate-Palmolive and Kellogg, have all announced they will increase their marketing budgets. But these marketers have based their targets on rapidly growing markets such as Asia and Russia and countries with stronger currencies, and not the U.S.
