Fictional ad agency chases real accounts

NBC and Omnicom Group's Full Circle Entertainment are teaming up to develop Matt Beaumont's novel "E" as a comedy series. The novel is a roman a clef about the inner workings of a London ad agency called Miller Shanks. The producers are hoping to entice two advertisers to pony up as much a $500,000 each for a special brand integration in which the fictional agency pitches real-life marketers.
