Clearwire's Wolff confident on FCC merger approval

The FCC votes today whether to approve the Sprint-Clearwire WiMAX merger, which could lead to the creation of a national broadband network. If approved, Clearwire shareholders could give their blessing Nov. 19; Clearwire CEO Ben Wolff expressed confidence about today's outcome, saying the FCC understands the deal is "pro-competitive."
