Company builds pocket-size mini-laptop with smartphone

A Chinese company has begun taking pre-orders for a device that aims to blend PC features with those of a smartphone. In Technology Group has developed the pocket-size XPPhone, which runs on Windows XP and also operates like a smartphone and a mobile Internet device. Some analysts termed the handset intriguing, but wondered if Windows XP was too powerful an operating system to run smartphone features.
