Study links fiber consumption with ovulation difficulties

Women who consume the recommended amount of fiber may ovulate less and have lower estrogen levels, research indicates. Though high-fiber diets have many health benefits, the study raises the possibility that women trying to become pregnant may have more success if they eat less fiber.
