RIT's National Technical Institute for the Deaf names new president

The National Technical Institute for the Deaf at the Rochester Institute of Technology has named Gerard Buckley as its president, effective Jan. 1. Buckley, who cannot hear, is the first alumnus of the school to serve as president.
