Obama and Romney remain too close to call

Voters are divided nearly in half over who should serve as the next president. President Barack Obama has the backing of 48% of likely voters, while 47% support Republican challenger Mitt Romney, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll. Other polls have similar results. Obama has a small advantage in the Electoral College.
