Ohio man is ready to fly home-built plane 30 years in the works

Kyle Brumfield of Perry Township, Ohio, spent 30 years building his Falco F8L. He used blueprints to build the all-plywood plane designed by Italian Stelio Frati, and he milled each part himself. After the plane is inspected by the Federal Aviation Administration, Brumfield will get to take it for its first flight.
