Report: Both men and women care about work-life balance

Work-life balance is sometimes seen as a women's issue, but that isn't the case, according to the latest iteration of the "Today's Professional Women Report". The report, prepared by Citi and LinkedIn, found that work-life balance was the No. 1 concern for people of both genders. The report also found that men were more likely than women to say that getting married and having children were essential for success.
