Report: People with disabilities had problems voting in 2012

A National Council on Disability survey of almost 900 people with disabilities found that 20% were prevented from voting on their own and more than 50% encountered obstacles to voting during the 2012 election cycle. The report said almost 40% of voters found polling places to be physically inaccessible and nearly half had problems with the voting technology.
