Developer buys Kansas City apartments, plans restoration

New Jersey developer Antheus Capital LLC has purchased four historic apartment buildings along Kansas City's Armour Boulevard for $10.4 million, adding to a 24-unit building bought in the area in July for $600,000. The buildings are in a section of town where hundreds of apartments are being converted into condos, and the company plans to restore the buildings.
