Study: Children's sleeping habits may contribute to obesity

Children who get more sleep may have less risk of becoming obese by the sixth grade, according to a study. Only 12% of third-graders who slept for at least 10 to 12 hours per day were obese by the sixth grade, compared to 22% who slept for 9 hours or less each day.
