Work begins in China on world's tallest Ferris wheel

Construction started this week on the $99 million Beijing Great Wheel, which is expected to rise as the world's tallest Ferris wheel. The structure, which will soar 680 feet above Beijing, was supposed to be complete in time for next summer's Olympic Games, but several design changes caused delays.
