ABA wants hydration added to dietary guidelines

The American Beverage Association says proper hydration should be featured in the official Dietary Guidelines for Americans, which are renewed every five years and help form the basis of nutrition labeling. ABA said the guidelines must be based on science, not ideology, and should provide realistic dietary, hydration and physical-activity guidelines.
