MTVN moves to beef up online ad metrics

MTV Networks and online measurement firm Quantcast have entered into a partnership to provide the cable TV programmer with a more accurate snapshot of the activity on Web sites such as MTV.com, VH1.com, Nick.com, and ComedyCentral.com. Quantcast's technology enables publishers to provide advertisers with metrics on unique visitors, page views, aggregate user data and more.
