Securing a wireless network always challenging and always important

Although wireless networks are vulnerable to intrusion, which could allow hackers to log on to your network and access your files, the security of wireless equipment has improved greatly. A good start is to use a fairly new, high-quality router with the ability to support encryption, conceal its identity from inquisitive parties and prevent anyone from entering your network from an unauthorized computer. Then choose a router name and password that give away as little information about your network as possible to potential hackers.
