IFA: Health care bill would harm small businesses

The International Franchise Association is voicing opposition to health care reform legislation recently introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives, calling it "a significant government intrusion into the benefits decisions of employers." David French, vice president of government relations for IFA, said the organization supports health care reform but that revenue needed for the current plan "will come on the backs of small franchise businesses."
