Workers log 2 million labor hours at Sacramento airport

Construction crews have put in more than 2 million labor hours as they strive to build out the Sacramento International Airport in California. Those hours -- achieved in 16 months -- represent $75 million in wages. The expansion is projected to create 2,400 jobs and generate an economic impact of $2 billion.
