Cats need routine veterinary care

Most cats are not taken to the veterinarian's office for routine care including vaccinations, spays and neuters and dental cleanings, writes veterinarian Julie Damron. Dr. Damron reminds owners that "annual wellness exams are about much more than vaccinations" because they provide important information veterinarians can use to detect insidious diseases early.
