Mo. hospital tells state of link to meningitis recall facility

Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Missouri has been added to the list of facilities that received recalled products made by the New England Compounding Center, whose injectable steroid has been linked to an outbreak of meningitis. The hospital notified state officials it may have received cardioplegia solution that was made in the same facility.
