Pay makes modest recovery on Wall Street, analysis finds

Pay is set to rise moderately on Wall Street this year but bonuses will be smaller and more tightly tied to long-term performance than in the past, according to the latest analysis of compensation in the financial sector. Cash and stock awards, commonly called incentive pay, will range from flat to increases of up to 10%, according to a forecast by the consulting firm Johnson Associates.
